At Healthy Kids In & Out, your satisfaction and your child’s wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Returns Eligibility
-You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
-The item must be in its original packaging.
-The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
-You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
-Opened or used health and hygiene products
-Perishable items (e.g., snacks or supplements)
-Digital downloads or e-books
-Gift cards
3. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted if the product is not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll replace it promptly or offer an alternative solution.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
