1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver nationwide within Botswana.
Plans are underway to expand delivery to neighbouring Southern African countries.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
-2–5 business days within major cities and towns
-5–10 business days for rural or remote areas
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor delivery progress.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight.
From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly communicated on our website.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
-Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
-Include your order number and clear photos (where applicable)
We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where necessary.
6. International Orders
At present, we ship within Botswana only.
We are actively working on expanding regional shipping options updates will be shared once available.
